Hydrate

Summer is almost here. Stay cool and hydrated. Sip water or calorie free electrolyte water/drinks throughout the day.

Be creative when hydrating. Many foods that are in season, such as melon, tomatoes, and cucumbers, boost a high water content and are naturally rich in carbohydrates and minerals, including those vital electrolytes. Try freezing some grapes, and enjoy a cool summer snack! Add some slices of fruit to water for some flavor.
