We’ll then forward a summary of your visit to your doctor, so your doctor always stays in the loop of all your urgent care visits.
Meet our Physicians
“Dr. Anna”
Anna Stankiewicz, M.D.
Dr. Anna is board certified in Family Medicine. After graduating with a Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic University of America in 1997, She then went on to Columbia University where she obtained a M.S. in Orthopedic Biomechanics, Mechanical Engineering. Her research has been published in the Journal of Orthopaedics. In 2003, She received her M.D. degree from The American University of Integrative Sciences, School of Medicine. Dr. Anna completed her Primary Care residency at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ in 2006, nominated for the “best teacher” award by student doctors. She worked as a physician in both primary care and urgent care for 7 years for Valley Medical Group in Montvale, NJ, being awarded “Patient Choice Award” year after year by Vitals.com.
She moved to Williamsburg VA in 2013 where she continued to work in urgent care. Dr. Anna enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband, three boys, and their goldendoodle.
“Dr. Dean”
Jennifer W. Dean, M.D.
We are excited to welcome Dr. Jennifer Dean to Williamsburg Urgent Care. She is board certified in both Urgent Care and Family Medicine.
Dr. Dean is well respected in the Williamsburg area where she has treated thousands of local residents while serving as the lead physician while working over 10 years in a high-volume and high-acuity urgent care.
Dr. Dean is a 1999 graduate of the College of William and Mary. She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 2004 and completed her residency at Mountainside Family Practice in Montclair, NJ in 2007. At graduation she received the prestigious Martin Gold, M.D. Humanitarian Award.
Dr. Dean resides in Williamsburg with her husband and four young children.
“Dr. Buetow”
Elizabeth Buetow, M.D.
Dr. Elizabeth Buetow is board certifed in Emergency Medicine. She attended Colgate University in New York for her undergraduate degree and then the State University of New York/Upstate in Syracuse for her Medical degree. Dr. Buetow attended an Emergency Medicine Residency at North Shore University/NYU school of medicine in New York before moving to Richmond Virginia in 1999.
Dr Buetow initially worked at Chippenham Medical Center and then moved to Williamsburg in 2006. She has worked in the Emergency Department at Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center since 2006 where she held numerous leadership positions. She has also had the privilege of volunteering as a Medical Examiner, at the Hospice House, Old town Medical Center, and the House of Mercy.
She looks forward to working at Williamsburg Urgent Care and continue to serve the Williamsburg Community. Dr. Buetow resides in Williamsburg with her husband, two children and one- year old labradoodle Max.
